Policies
Please be sure to read all policies before booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
Refunds
If you have concerns with any service you received, please contact me within 24 hours. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED. If you have an allergic reaction, a removal will be offered free of charge to you.
No call/No shows
I reserve the right to charge a fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the initial service. Communication goes a long way!
Booking
My booking site will require a card to hold your appointment. It's in place incase a cancellation/no show fee is necessary.
Time
Lash services can range from 2-4 hours. I will take the alloted time needed to do your lashes the proper way. Being rushed may result in retention issues.
Fills
Fills are recommended to be booked within 2-3 weeks. Fills also require 50% of your lashes to still be on. Anything past 21 days is automatically considered a full set.
