NO GUESTS, PLEASE
To keep the studio relaxing and focused, guests are not permitted at appointments.

​BOOKING
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments and goes toward your remaining balance. Your card on file will only be charged for deposits, no-shows, or same-day cancellations.​

​

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Please provide 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Deposits can be transferred one time if given notice. Cancellations forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit may be required to rebook.​

NO-SHOWS & SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Declined payments may result in being unable to book future appointments until the balance is resolved.

TARDINESS
There is a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later may result in cancellation if there isn’t enough time to complete your service. Your deposit will be forfeited.

​REFUNDS

​​​All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please communicate with me so we can discuss your concerns and find a solution together. ​

​LASH RETENTION

If you experience excessive lash fallout, please reach out within 3 days of your appointment. After 3 days, any additional lash service will be considered a mini fill and will be charged accordingly.
